Jay is a sought-after Advanced STOTT Pilates instructor offering group and private lessons. He has spent the last few years teaching in studios across London, such as Shoreditch House, BLOK (Shoreditch) and Down To Earth (Islington), to name a few. He is now based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent and teaches both privately at his home studio and across studios, residences and businesses throughout the Kent and East Sussex area.
STOTT is an anatomically-based, contemporary approach to Pilates in accordance with modern biomechanics, which still maintains the important principles of Joseph Pilates’ original system.
